You can turn to us to develop only the HW portion of your device or have us develop the complete device including firmware (in the case of using microprocessors).
We can also deliver functional samples and subsequent prototypes of the in-development device.
From Design to Production
We can provide our customers with small-, medium- and large-series production, including the production of PCBs, placement of SMTs or classic technologies, initialisation, ageing, painting and completion.
Design and Development
Our design and development department will be happy to draw up a wiring diagram, printed circuit board diagram, mounting instructions, list of materials or drawings of the mechanical structure of your device.
Mechanical Parts
If you also need to develop the mechanical structure of your electronic device, we collaborate with the state test institute on evaluating conformity with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrical safety pursuant to relevant Czech standards. We design and build mechanical parts in Solid Edge software.
ALTIUM DESINGER
We design and optimise PCBs in ALTIUM DESIGNER, a professional programme from a new generation of design systems that combines the majority of operations associated with designing electronics into a single piece of software. This combination allows a closer connection between the data involved in individual parts of the design without the need to use different user interfaces.
